“Being overweight, I never wanted to go to a gym because I never knew what to do, and then I ended up being on the treadmill for 10 minutes and going home. At CrossFit Whakatane, your workout is already waiting for you. No one is judging you based on your looks or capabilities. Awesome Coaches, always willing to help with alternative movements if you can’t do a specific move so that you can still get the full workout. Best gym ever, I even got my husband to join as well.
